A 23-year veteran of the insurance business, Mr. Santo is a Fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society (CAS) and a highly respected executive in the Florida insurance market. He formerly worked as Chief Underwriting Officer and ultimately as President and CEO of Auto Club Insurance Company of Florida (ACICF) and Auto Club South Insurance Company (ACSIC). There he established the company’s guiding principles, developed policies and procedures, and was responsible for overall financial performance. Under his direction, the company established a track record of profitable growth, outperforming the marketplace in numerous key metrics. Mr. Santo also held roles at the Automobile Club of Southern California (AAA SoCal) and First Floridian Auto and Home Insurance Company (Travelers of Florida), within their respective actuarial departments.
Mr. Dixon is an industry veteran with over 30 years of experience in property & casualty insurance. He previously held several different roles at Auto Club Group (AAA), most recently as Vice President of Florida Operations and chair of the Florida Crisis & Catastrophe Management Team. Prior to that, he served as Vice President of Information Technology & Operations at Auto Club Insurance Company of Florida (ACICF) & Auto Club South Insurance Company (ACSIC). Mr. Dixon was a member of the team at AAA responsible for the successful launch of ACICF in 2007, a start-up at the time, providing homeowners & automobile insurance within the state of Florida. Prior to joining AAA, Mr. Dixon served in various capacities at North Carolina Farm Bureau Insurance Group.
With 13 years of experience in the Florida insurance market, Mr. Parham has held actuarial positions ranging from pricing, reserving, and enterprise risk management for Florida domestic insurers, Florida-based regional insurers, and midwestern-based super-regional insurers. He developed economic capital models, reinsurance structures, risk and return appetites, and return on risk adjusted capital frameworks, and he maintains key relationships with regulators, rating agencies, and reinsurers within the Florida market.
Mr. Sadler is an industry veteran with extensive experience in the property & casualty insurance industry in both financial and operational roles. He previously spent seven years at Ernst & Young serving clients in the P&C industry and served as Chief Financial Officer of Reliant Insurance and its successor company Bristol West, a subsidiary of Farmers Insurance. Most recently, Mr. Sadler served as Senior Vice President of Independent Agent Distribution for Farmers Insurance.
Combining 19 years of IT and cybersecurity experience with 8 years in the insurance business and 7 years in the electronic payment industry, Mr. Bodack has designed and managed cloud computing networks to meet business challenges, deliver regulatory compliance, and provide outstanding customer service. Before beginning at Loggerhead, he redesigned the cyber security program for the largest network of fixed-base operators in the aviation industry.
Mr. McLeod brings over 25 years of experience in claims handling and management to Loggerhead, with a heavy focus on homeowner claims. He spent 13 years as Director of Claims at Auto Club Group (AAA) where he oversaw homeowner, automobile and catastrophe operations and was responsible for developing and implementing the company’s claims handling procedures, its CAT plan, and its special investigations unit.
Mr. Stiles brings 33 years of experience in the insurance business and 24 years of experience in customer service and contact center leadership. He worked for State Farm Mutual Insurance for many years, first as a claim adjuster and eventually as Human Resources Manager and Director of their Customer Contact Center. There he established State Farm’s internal translation unit and was responsible for developing and implementing the company’s Internet Technical Support Operation which provided tier 1 technical support for all statefarm.com customers.
With over 24 years in the personal lines insurance industry, including 21 years working with with Florida property, Mr. Boutilier’s experience includes product management, strategy development, financial analysis, planning, communications, risk management, and underwriting. He began his career with Travelers of Florida, then spent 17 years with AAA insurance entities, including 12 years leading Florida-specific product management and underwriting teams and two years leading a product management team responsible for five southeastern states.
